Contact the spirit of your crystal

Within each crystal is a spirit that is motivated by love and is there to welcome you. Get yourself comfy and gaze into the depths of your chosen crystal. This may be easier with crystals that have an inner texture, such as labradorite, or are translucent, like many forms of quartz. However, more opaque crystals like carnelian or onyx will still open themselves to your inner eyes. Enter a dreamy state and ask the crystal spirit to communicate with you. Gaze deep into the crystal, in a way similar to the old ‘magic eye’ paintings, where the idea is to focus beyond the surface to the landscape within. Imagine yourself entering the world of the crystal, wandering, and exploring, until you come upon the sacred place where its spirit dwells. Now you can ask a question, but – most importantly - listen to anything that is said to you. Notice everything you experience, including sensations in your body, scent, taste, and emotion.
