MEDITATION
While your mind is cleared of worldly cares, use the stillness to feel more connected both with yourself and the universe. Concentrate on becoming aware of your own senses, breathing and thoughts. By truly knowing yourself, you can become at one with the cosmos.
ENERGY WORK
Consider learning about energy work and practice exercises related to it such as Tai Chi or yoga. Alternatively, try a Reiki treatment which many say can help you feel more connected to the universe.
GET OUT INTO NATURE
Head somewhere peaceful and quiet and just take in the sounds of nature. Breathe the fresh air and feel a part of what is around you. If possible, paddle barefoot in the sea or a river and feel the planet’s water wash over you.
TRUST THE POWER OF INTUITION
Intuition comes from deep within. By tapping into your intuitive thoughts, you will forge a closer bond or connection with your spiritual source.
EXPAND YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS
By realising that there are no limitations in our mind and that there is an unlimited supply of energy for everyone to use, you can increase your own awareness of your connection to the universe. There are no limitations except those you place yourself.
